You may not be able to play videos if your system doesn't meet certain specifications.

To play video, you must have Adobe Flash Player 7.0+. If you don't have the Flash Player plug-in, to download it CLICK HERE (choose the proper version for your computer from the Adobe website link - above).

After video starts playing, press pause > wait 5 min. then press play again.

That will allow the video play enough time to download a good portion of the video you want to watch.

2) Click on the "DOWNLOAD" icon on the right side of the screen and download video (make sure to choose "video iPod/Sony PSP" on the right of the "DOWNLOAD" icon).

3) Sync with your iPod. All set.
